This gentle and regenerative session focusses on deep relaxation. Through simple, calming movements synchronized with the breath, a soft flow is created between gentle activity and letting go. the exercises are accessible and suitable for all levels, with no prior experience required.
Longer-held stretching postures help release physical tension and calm the nervous system. In addition, relaxing breathwork practices promote inner balance, enhance body awareness, and support stress reduction.
the session concludes with an extended relaxation phase, allowing both body and mind to fully rest and restore, while doing a body scan, imagination or sound bath.
